We are gagging for Danny Dymond’s fierce new single! Disco Mannequin marks Dymond’s first professional music video, produced by Steel Hammer Productions, and it is brimming with Hamilton-bred talent like model Megan Amelia and drag superstar Sapphyre Poisone who back up the energetic and charming young star as he dances and sings his way through the most fabulous post- apocalyptic wasteland you have ever seen.
Dymond who is now based in Toronto (#sadface) began his musical career here in the Hammer. The Caledonia native and reality show ‘Making It’ alumni had his first live performance at O Lounge back in 2014 and immediately launched forward, over the past two years he has brought his signature confidence and unabashedly queer style to nightclubs and venues across the GTA. He has become a mainstay at southwestern Ontario Pride celebrations, this year being nominated for the Pride Niagara Unity Award (you can vote for him here). Dymond is not slowing down, with another two singles on the way in 2017 and another video coming later this year, he is definitely an artist to keep your eye on.
